Service Description
Note: For new clients only. Learn boxing in the comfort of your chosen location. Each session will be tailored to your specific needs and goals, and they may include: - Boxing drills - Strength training - Cardio exercises - Agility exercises - Sparring (optional)
Cancellation Policy
All personal training sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, or where the client fails to attend a scheduled session, shall be forfeited in full and will not be refunded. Where applicable, such sessions shall be deducted from the client’s training package. Clients who arrive late will only be entitled to the remaining time of the scheduled session, which shall end at the originally agreed time unless otherwise agreed in advance by the trainer.
